These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the It’s Okay! with Jesus online store (the “Store”), operated by Jeonham (“Jeonham,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Store or place an order.

The Store is operated by a business established in the Republic of Korea and offers products to customers in Korea and other countries.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Products purchased through the Store are sold by Jeonham, not by Shopify.

1. Use of the Online Store

You may use the Store only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Store, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person
  • Provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information
  • Use the Store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Store
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Store, our systems, or another customer's account
  • Introduce malicious software, code, or other harmful technology
  • Use automated systems or methods to access the Store in a manner that could interfere with its operation

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Store or an account where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are violated or fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability displayed on the Store are accurate.

However:

Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, or display settings.

Product images may be provided for illustrative purposes.

Product availability may change without notice.

We may correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices, promotions, or availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including where products are unavailable or where an error has occurred in product information or pricing.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on the Store are stated in the currency shown at checkout or on the applicable product or order page.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, prices may not include:

  • Import duties
  • Customs duties
  • Local taxes
  • Value-added tax (VAT)
  • Goods and services tax (GST)
  • Customs clearance charges

Brokerage or handling fees

For international orders, such charges may be imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, such import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control and cannot guarantee the amount of customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and shipping information.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and other applicable conditions.

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted by us.

We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Suspicious or unusual order activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
  • Violations of these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

5. Payment

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and/or third-party payment service providers.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your order.

We generally do not store complete payment card information on our own systems.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may cancel or suspend the related order.

We reserve the right to investigate disputed or potentially fraudulent transactions and to take appropriate action, including refusing future orders or pursuing available remedies where permitted by applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and other delivery information will be displayed or described in our Shipping Policy or during the ordering process, where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly guaranteed or required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs clearance
  • Import restrictions
  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping or handling costs may apply to reship the order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers ordering from outside the Republic of Korea acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to import requirements, customs procedures, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.

Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees.

Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning the importation of products into their country.

We cannot guarantee that products purchased through the Store will be permitted for import into every destination country.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer fails to pay applicable customs charges or because the customer fails to comply with applicable import requirements, the customer may be responsible for applicable return, handling, or reshipping costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

For international customers, return procedures may differ depending on the destination country.

For customers in the United States and other countries where we provide a designated return facility, returns may be required to be sent to a designated return address in the United States.

Our U.S. return facility is currently being finalized. The applicable U.S. return address will be provided to customers through our Return & Refund Policy, return authorization process, or customer service before a return is shipped.

Customers should not send a return to our Korean business address unless we specifically instruct them to do so.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law, returned products may be required to be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging, where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Consumer Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Depending on the customer's location and applicable law, customers may have statutory rights to cancel an order, withdraw from a purchase, return products, or request a refund.

For customers whose purchases are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, applicable consumer rights under Korean law will apply.

For example, Korean law provides statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance sales, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to a customer under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides greater consumer protection than these Terms, the mandatory provisions of that law will apply.

10. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

The time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, card issuer, or other payment service provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after we have initiated an applicable refund.

All content available through the Store, including:

  • Brand names
  • Trademarks
  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Photographs
  • Product images
  • Text
  • Editorial content
  • Videos
  • Layouts
  • Other materials

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Jeonham and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Publish
  • Sell
  • License
  • Create derivative works from
  • Commercially exploit

our website content, brand assets, or other intellectual property.

You may use the Store and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Store may use or provide access to third-party services, including:

  • Shopify
  • Payment service providers
  • Shipping and fulfillment providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Advertising and marketing services
  • Social media platforms
  • Other third-party websites or services

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and other applicable policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or services of third parties that we do not control.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that third party.

13. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of the Store.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Store will always be available
  • The Store will be uninterrupted
  • The Store will always be error-free
  • All information will always be current or complete
  • The Store will be free from technical problems or security vulnerabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store and its services are provided subject to applicable legal limitations and without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeonham will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the Store or Services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

By using the Store, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business operations, technologies, or applicable laws.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted on the Store.

If applicable law requires us to provide additional notice or obtain your consent to material changes, we will do so.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

However, if mandatory consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws of the customer's country or jurisdiction apply to the transaction and cannot legally be excluded by agreement, those mandatory provisions will remain applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
